Closing Tables offers a mobile messaging program to provide updates regarding real estate transactions, closing schedules, and title search status. By opting into our SMS service, you agree to the following:

• Program Description: Messages are sent to provide transaction-related alerts, including but not limited to closing confirmations, valid ID reminders, and title search results.

• User Opt-In: You may opt-in by providing your mobile number through our website contact forms or during the engagement of our services. By opting in, you represent that you are the owner or authorized user of the wireless device used to subscribe to the service.

• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on the status and complexity of your real estate transaction.

• Cost: Message and data rates may apply from your wireless carrier. Title & Key does not charge a fee for this service; however, you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider.

• Supported Carriers: Our messages are supported by most major mobile carriers.

• Opt-Out (Stop): You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to (941) 424-0288. After you send the message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.

3. Limitation of Liability

Title & Key is not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device.

Your participation in the SMS program is subject to our Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.closingtables.com/privacy-policy. We do not share your SMS opt-in data or consent with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
